Bagel Sandwich

Rachel Ray, Emeril Lagasse, Gordon Ramsey, Wolfgang Puck, Bobby Flay, Julia Child and many more have all made millions and millions of dollars teaching you and others how to cook and throw some random things together into making an awesome meal. Well, the world is in for a great shock as I ask: why can't I do the same?

Now I welcome you to the first ever edition of Cookin' With Hach. It's where I step into the kitchen and teach you how to cook or at least explain a fancy dancy recipe you can try out and hopefully enjoy.

Sit right back or stand up in the kitchen and let's get ready to learn a great new recipe you can learn and show off your talents in the kitchen. Maybe you will trick your friends and family into thinking you are the next Iron Chef!

For the inaugural Cookin' With Hach, we will take a special look at the every day favorite and try and make it even better. That being the every day sandwich. Yes, just a sandwich but this will be the greatest sandwich you'll ever make.

What are the ingredients that you will need to make this perfect sandwich?

Ingredients
Bagel (plain, onion or whatever you fancy)
3 ounces of pre-sliced cooked ham
2 ounces of sliced Mozzarella
1 Red Onion
2 tablespoons of Hellman's Mayonnaise

First take the Bagel, hopefully it's pre-sliced because when they're not it's terrible. If you've dealt with this version of a bagel, because all versions are different. By versions I mean brands like Thomas' Bagels, Rays New York, Bruegger's and even store bought. So make sure the bagel is easy to be cut if not, take a knife and cut it. If you enjoy to be more fancy than go out and use a sword.

Either way make sure your bagel is split in half and by in half I don't mean the wrong way, cut the bagel via the length of the bagel, not down the middle or width way.

When you have finally cut your bagel in half make sure you then take the bagel and place it in a toaster. Oh, wait, didn't know you need a toaster? I'm sorry, you should have known that things like this might have been needed. After all it's recipe.

While toasting the bagel, make sure you have all your ingredients. In this instance take your red onion and begin cutting it in slices, using that knife you used or even that fancy sword begin cutting your onion. If you are one who likes the onion in slices than do that, if not then cut it however you enjoy.

After the bagel has completed it's time in the toaster and is toasted to your desired toasting take out the mozzarella cheese and hopefully you have the sliced versions of this and place at least one slice of cheese on the opened part of the bagel making a sheet of cheese topping. Do not be scared if the cheese slightly melts due to the heat of the bagel.

While the cheese has covered the holes of the bagels you now have the chance to add your Mayonnaise so do so, take a light coating and add it to each side of your bagel, as there's never enough Mayonnaise.

Then take your Cooked Ham and take a few slices as I suggest possibly in or around 3 ounces of it. Maybe ranging from two or even four slices of Ham. More or less to whatever your preferences desire.

Oh, don't forget your onion! Add as much onion as you can because life without onions is like life without well, living.

Now that you have added all of your ingredients slap the two halves of the bagels back together. If you would like to as I usually do to cut your bagel width wise or in half please do so now.

Taste and enjoy.

Thank you for reading how to make a Bagel Sandwich! Oh, wait, I forgot to tell you that's what we were making.

Editors note if you did use a sword for your cooking please send a self addressed e-mail to me with a video showing so.

Thanks again see you next time. I've been Hach and we've been Cookin' With Hach!
