This guy here. Well, he's a complete and utter idiot. There is no doubt in that. He has no idea of what he's doing in life.

Everybody gets 10 seconds or maybe it's 15 seconds of fame.

He wanted more. Or at least he wanted to be someone else.
This dude wanted to be Incredible Hulk and well, he got it.
He went on and used the wrong paint. The wrong paint being the kind that's not easily washed off. I don't know what kind he used. He's the Incredible Hulk, I didn't feel like asking him.
So instead of using the kind that comes off with water, sweat or well, just in due time. This guy is green.
